After you begin building and reshaping your physical body and began to feel better about how you look, your relationship with God, your mindset shift, you’ll naturally begin to pay attention to your image, so we will work on that with Pillar #5, which is Social Fitness. After you have developed your image and have learned how to better present yourself as a man or woman of God, you will begin to attract better people and opportunities to you, so we can now take advantage of these opportunities as we work to grow your living situation, you include your income and lifestyle, so Pillar #6 is Financial Fitness. Finally, once your entire well being is in order and we have worked on all of these things, God mandates a work/rest balance in our lives so we have implemented this into our coaching methodology to further increase productivity according to biblical principles, so our final pillar focuses on rest, recovery, rejuvenation and fun which is Pillar #7, Sabbatical Fitness.
