The DurtieMETHOD™️ Elite Fitness Plan™️ (4 of 7 Pillars)

This is our second level DurtiePLAN™️. Choose from FOUR of The DurtieMETHOD™️ Seven Pillars of Fitness™️ to be coached on. Those Seven Pillars are: 1. Spiritual, 2. Mental, 3. Nutritional, 4. Physical, 5. Social, 6. Financial, and Pillar “7. Sabbatical Fitness”, is included free of charge with the Area of Rest™️ that corresponds to the two Pillars that the DurtieCLIENT™️ chooses. WHY ARE THERE SEVEN PILLARS? First you must get right with God or nothing else makes sense, so Pillar #1 is Spiritual Fitness. After you get right with God, then He will renew your mind and your thoughts, speech, actions and responses to things will change, so Pillar #2 is Mental Fitness. After your mind is renewed, then we work on developing a HEALTHY relationship with food as you are educated on PROPER nutrition depending on your specific, custom fitness goals, so Pillar #3 is Nutritional Fitness. Once you learn how to properly fuel your body, now we can work on how to build it up physically so Pillar #4 is Physical Fitness. After you begin building and reshaping your physical body and began to feel better about how you look, your relationship with God, your mindset shift, you’ll naturally begin to pay attention to your image, so we will work on that with Pillar #5, which is Social Fitness. After you have developed your image and have learned how to better present yourself as a man or woman of God, you will begin to attract better people and opportunities to you, so we can now take advantage of these opportunities as we work to grow your living situation, you include your income and lifestyle, so Pillar #6 is Financial Fitness. Finally, once your entire well being is in order and we have worked on all of these things, God mandates a work/rest balance in our lives so we have implemented this into our coaching methodology to further increase productivity according to biblical principles, so our final pillar focuses on rest, recovery, rejuvenation and fun which is Pillar #7, Sabbatical Fitness. Those Seven Pillars are the core of the brand and within those pillars are 30 total areas of focus that break down specifically how our coaches assist and guide their clients to accomplish each goal that we set out for them in every area of our lives. How it works

  • ➡️ THE DurtieASSESSMENT™ ⬅️ : Once you have committed to the Program (and paid), you will undergo a DurtieASSESSMENT™️ initial assessment prior to the start of Phase 01. During this session, your Licensed DurtieCOACH™️ will assess your current fitness level IN FOUR PILLARS OF FITNESS to determine where you are at and what specific areas you need to be strengthened in as it pertains to your day to day life and overall health.
  • ➡️ The DurtieSESSION™️ ⬅️ : Each week, you will engage in a number of DurtieSESSIONS™️, where you will receive instructional content across the four focus areas and corresponding rest areas OF EACH OF THE FOUR PILLARS OF FITNESS YOU SELECTED. Following each DurtieSESSION™️, practical tasks will be assigned to reinforce learning and application.
  • ➡️ The DurtieCHECKIN™️ ⬅️ : Moreover, the ongoing support from your DurtieCOACH™️ is integral to this journey. Regular communication allows for questions, discussions, and feedback, ensuring that you are not navigating this transformative process alone. Your DurtieCOACH™️ will be a dedicated partner in helping you achieve your fitness goals, guiding you towards becoming your best self.
